Get Approved Virtual Avatar Assets

List approved, reusable virtual-avatar assets for the current API-key workspace.

GET /v1/avatar-assets

This is a read-only discovery endpoint; it does not submit assets for review. New avatar assets are submitted automatically during video task creation with avatar_mode=virtual and avatar_asset_ids. This endpoint returns only approved, reusable resources.

The API key needs the v1:read scope.
